Lightning Source Inc. names Ashley Gordon Director of Channel Development

LA VERGNE, TN – Lightning Source Inc., the leading provider of demand- based book manufacturing and distribution solutions to the book industry, today announced the appointment of Ashley Gordon to the position of Director of Channel Development.

In her new role, Ashley will develop and implement partner strategies for continued sales growth with Amazon.com, Baker & Taylor, Barnes & Noble, Borders Group, Google, Ingram Book Company, Ingram Publisher Services, Microsoft and others.

Ms. Gordon joined Lightning Source in April 2005 and has held sales executive roles since joining the company. Prior to Lightning Source, she was the Editor of River City Publishing in Montgomery, Alabama. In addition, Ms. Gordon was the Director of Publisher Sales and Marketing for Sprout, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia.
